Quilt Heritage Museum In a New Location

QUILT HERITAGE MUSEUM HAS A NEW HOME

We are now located inside the South Bannock County Historical Center and Museum, located at 110 E Main in Lava Hot Springs, ID. Several exciting exhibits are being planned for the months ahead. Check the Historical Center's website for business hours and other details.

We hope you will visit us soon!

"Home for Quilts" Matching Campaign

Our efforts are currently focused on finding supporters to help us raise funds for a long-term building. Having a permanent place will mean we can have on-going exhibits and many other quilt-related events. The initial push is to identify benefactors for the first half of our goal--$75,000.

Then, by using that momentum to accelerate us forward in a region-wide fundraising effort to "match" those benefactors' donations thus doubling our funds to reach our overall campaign goal of $150,000.

Summer Sizzle Quilt Auction

SUMMER SIZZLE QUILT AUCTION

This event runs from May 22 through July 6, 2025. Bids for these quilts can be made from your phone or computer once the event starts. There are quilts of different sizes and themes. Each quilt has a hanging sleeve on the backside, so it is ready for display in your home or office.

All proceeds from the auction will go to Quilt Heritage Museum as we continue to work toward having our own long-term building. We are an Idaho non-profit and all personnel are unpaid volunteers.

Click on the tab “Quilt Auctions” to see the individual quilts.
